What are your store hours?
We are open seven days a week! Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Sundays 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
What is your return policy?
Returns for a full refund or exchange are accepted with the original register receipt within 21 days. Items must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. Furniture, collectibles, seasonal and clearance merchandise sales are final and are not returnable.
Do you have a layaway plan? How does it work?
Yes. We have two layaway plans available: one for home goods and accessories, the other for furniture.
A 50% deposit is required for home accessory layaways. Payment in full is due in 30 days.
A 25% deposit is required on furniture layaways. Payment in full is due in 30 days.
Cancelled layaways are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total purchase price.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. Gift Cards are available in any denomination. $10.00 minimum.
I saw something in your store I want, but I found only one and I want more. Can things be ordered?
Yes. Most items in our store can be special ordered. We require a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the purchase for special orders. There are special requirements for different items and suppliers, so please consult a sales associate for details.
Can you ship merchandise?
Yes. We ship via USPS Priority Mail for smaller shipments and UPS for larger shipments unless otherwise specified. Please ask a sales associate for shipping charges.
Do you deliver and set up furniture?
Yes. Please ask a sales associate for a quote on delivery charges. You may also visit our "Delivery Info" page for general information regarding deliveries and fees.
Can you deliver furniture out of New York State?
Yes. Please consult a sales associate for details.
How can I get a quote or estimate for refinishing?
You can call and give us a description of the piece for a rough estimate, you can stop by the store with the piece to be refinished and we can give you an estimate, or you could also email us a picture of the piece for an estimate.
Do I need to make an appointment for refinishing?
Appointments are not necessary. Any time the store is open, there will always be someone available to accept items for refinishing.
What is involved in, or how do I go about getting a piece of furniture refinished?
You can bring the item to our store any time we’re open and someone will give you an estimate. We will also go over any details of refinishing the piece such as the desired color of the piece, what repair work may need to be performed, upholstery choices and how that works, and any modifications to be made.
How long does it take to get a piece of furniture refinished?
Standard lead-time on refinishing is 4 to 6 weeks.
I have a piece of furniture I would like stripped, but I want to refinish it myself. Can I just get the piece stripped?
No. We refinish furniture. We do not just strip furniture.
Can I use a Yankee Candle coupon in your store?
Yes. We accept any valid Yankee Candle coupons.
